Musical Theatre
Our children’s theater ensemble programs are designed to foster the development of creative thinking and the imaginative potential of students through creative dramatics. Students receive expert training in singing, dancing, acting, and staging/choreography techniques fit for their skill level. This balanced approach emphasizes development of the complete performer and supports each student at a pace they are comfortable with. All skill levels are welcome.

Broadway Triple Threat (Voice & Acting)
A “Triple Threat” performer is a performer who can Act, Sing and Dance. These well-rounded performers have the competitive advantage when they audition for roles because they are so versatile and their skills add so much more to the overall production. In contrast, actors who cannot sing or dance have limited roles in musicals, and dancers who cannot act or sing tend to get placed in the chorus line or dance ensemble.
In our Broadway Triple Threat classes, students work on age-appropriate voice and acting techniques and then apply these techniques to improv games, as well as skits and scenes from classic Broadway musicals. Students will then have the option to perform a musical number in the annual dance recital. NO AUDITIONS. All skill levels welcome. Classes are team-taught and meet once a week. The tuition rate is guided by the rate table for dance classes and class hours count toward the total family hours!
***NOTE: This group does not perform in the musical production.***
